Baby, Baby Boomers, Encore Career Entrepreneurs

Hey there, I'm sending you out a “chat” about Baby, Baby Boomers, Encore Career Entrepreneurs. Baby – August William Sullivan Munch arrived 7/24/16 after only 2 hours of labor (thank God). Dad and Mom (Ryan and Beth), big sister (Violet), and Baby are all doing well and happy to be home settling in. Baby Boomers who are now nearing or in retirement are still working well into their retirement to make ends meet. Instead, I am thrilled to live the laptop lifestyle and would love to introduce you to the amazing system that makes it possible! Encore Career Entrepreneurs, or […]

Encore Career Entrepreneur Grandmother Celebration

Hey there, This encore career entrepreneur is also a grandmother and passing along her celebration of the brand new arrival to her family. Please welcome August William Sullivan Munch, who arrived in good speed on 7/24/16, weighing in at 6# 15 oz, and measuring 19.5#. Entrepreneurs, when the way is challenging, it is helpful to have your big “WHY” firmly in your pocket and this beautiful family is a large part of my “big WHY.” It is for them that I pick myself up and keep going whenever the way is challenging. I love owning my own business as an […]

Entrepreneur Celebrates 5 Figure Day

Hey there, Your encore career entrepreneur is celebrating her first 5 figure month (not bad for a “hatchling”). In fact this celebration is about an epic 5 figure DAY! Now that is something to celebrate and to shout from the rooftops. So, I'll keep this one short and instead of writing a longer email, I'll let you listen to an “excerpt” from my story: Excited about having found a system that works if you work it and even works for you while you are sleeping! Confessions Of An Entrepreneur

Hey there, They say that confession is good for the soul. I wanted to share some true confessions and the published story of one of my fellow entrepreneurs. True confession: I LOVE being an entrepreneur, love the creativity of it, love learning new things every day, trying new things, love building my days around the natural energy I have, love feeling that I can still help others, love that so many of my gifts and my skill set are transferable to my new venture, and that my income increases as I increase the value I share with others. I love […]

Entrepreneurs, Heat Up Or Cool Down?

So Entrepreneurs, do you need to heat up or cool down. I'm here to tell me that I need to heat up AND cool down. We are having a rather brutal heat spell here in northern New Jersey, so it is incredibly important to stay hydrated and, as much as is possible, to cool down. Today was good for nothing more than moving from a paddle fan cooled house to an air conditioned car, spending as little time as possible out of doors in the sun. So I clearly need lots of cooling down as far as my environment. On the other hand, […]

The Wee Hours, Again, “Entrepreneuring”

So, here I am again in the wee hours of the morning, your “Encore Career Entrepreneur”~ wannabe blogger ~thinking about what it is that keeps me going and going (kind of like the EverReady bunny) until these kinds of hours so often. It is a part of the laptop lifestyle that I cherish, this being able to keep going “when the Spirit moves me” doing something that I love, knowing that it is okay to be working when most of my little corner of the world is asleep. It is wonderful to know that if I'm feeling inspired, it is […]

Seek First To Understand, Accept – Then Reinvent

Seek First To Understand, Accept – Then Reinvent Listen (Listening is SO important) Accept what is! (Okay, you don't have to love it, but it really does help if you accept what is actually happening!) Don't take things personally! (Most of the time, it really is NOT personal at all and taking it personally keeps us locked into a negative feedback loop that helps no one, especially us.) It is really up to us to figure out who we are at our core and accept that, and then figure out how to get that message out there to the people who […]

Ten Rules For Success From A Superstar

So, I was listening to a Gary Vee YouTube talk. I enjoy him. He's obviously VERY smart and kind of a wise guy too, and he's funny. His language is a little over the top for me, so I'll try to distill this without all the “F” words he uses when he talks and get the meat of the ideas for you. Gary Vaynerchuk's 10 rules for success: Bet on your strengths and don't bother at all about what you are not good at. Focus on what you are good at and put all of your time, effort, energy, and […]

Persistence And Little Baby Steps

Persistence And Little Tiny Baby Steps Sometimes all the persistence one can muster is to take a few little tiny baby steps at the close of a day that has seemed very long in many ways. Don't underestimate the courage that this requires! If today is this kind of a day for you, then give yourself proper credit for extending yourself enough for those little tiny baby steps that you are able to take. Some days are just like that and I hope to encourage you to carry on, doing even just that one simple thing that you are able […]
